Ingredients
- 2 cups dry elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed, and drained
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, tomato, red onion, and chives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss to combine.
- Just before serving, mix in the chopped lettuce.
