Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dry elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed, and drained
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 cup finely chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, tomato, red onion, and chives.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
