Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 ripe peaches, sliced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup sliced almonds (or chopped walnuts)
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the salad ingredients. Slice the peaches and wash the blueberries. Set aside.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the fresh spinach, blueberries, and sliced peaches.
- Add the crumbled feta cheese and sliced almonds (or walnuts) to the salad bowl.
