Description

These boozy grapes are a fun and simple adults-only treat made by soaking fresh grapes in vodka and rolling them in sugar for a sweet, refreshing snack or party appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds green grapes
  • 3 cups vodka (or your choice of liquor)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly, removing them from the stems.
  2. Place the grapes in a large bowl or container and pour the vodka over them until they are fully submerged.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for stronger flavor.
  4. Drain the grapes well using a colander.
  5. Place the sugar in a shallow bowl.
  6. Roll the vodka-soaked grapes in the sugar until evenly coated.
  7. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

  • Use flavored vodka for added variety and taste.
  • Make sure grapes are dry before soaking to avoid watering down the alcohol.
  • Only soak as long as desired for preferred strength—longer soaking means stronger alcohol flavor.
  • Best served chilled for a refreshing snack.
