Description
These boozy grapes are a fun and simple adults-only treat made by soaking fresh grapes in vodka and rolling them in sugar for a sweet, refreshing snack or party appetizer.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds green grapes
- 3 cups vodka (or your choice of liquor)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly, removing them from the stems.
- Place the grapes in a large bowl or container and pour the vodka over them until they are fully submerged.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for stronger flavor.
- Drain the grapes well using a colander.
- Place the sugar in a shallow bowl.
- Roll the vodka-soaked grapes in the sugar until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
- Use flavored vodka for added variety and taste.
- Make sure grapes are dry before soaking to avoid watering down the alcohol.
- Only soak as long as desired for preferred strength—longer soaking means stronger alcohol flavor.
- Best served chilled for a refreshing snack.
