Description

A refreshing Brazilian açaí bowl made with frozen açaí and bananas blended into a thick, creamy base. Perfect as a quick breakfast or energizing snack topped with your favorite fruits and granola.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs frozen açaí (each 3.5 oz / 100 g)
  • 2 small bananas (or 1 large banana)
  • Splash of water, juice, or milk (dairy or dairy-free)

Instructions

  1. Add the bananas, frozen açaí packs, and a splash of water, juice, or milk to a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth but still very thick.
  3. Pour into bowls and add your favorite toppings such as granola, sliced fruit, coconut, or honey. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a little more liquid gradually.
  • For best texture, keep the blend thick so it can hold toppings.
  • Popular toppings include granola, strawberries, blueberries, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and nut butter.
  • Serve immediately before the bowl begins to melt.
