Packed with scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and melted cheese all wrapped in a golden crescent roll, they’re the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or brunch. Ready in just 30 minutes, these savory rolls are a family favorite!


Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 fully cooked turkey sausages
  • 4 slices American cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Beat eggs in a small bowl, setting aside 2 tablespoons for brushing the tops later. Season the remaining eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the seasoned eggs in a skillet, scrambling until just set. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a work surface and separate into 8 triangular pieces.
  4. Cut each slice of cheese in half and place one half on each dough triangle. Top with a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one turkey sausage link.
  5. Starting from the wide end, loosely roll up each crescent roll around the filling. Place seam-side down on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with the reserved beaten egg and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
