Description

These brownies have a rich, chocolatey flavor with a smooth, peanut butter swirl on top. They’re moist, chewy, and the perfect treat for peanut butter and chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar

4 large eggs

1 cup peanut butter

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

¾ cup cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next.
  4. Stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
  9. For the peanut butter swirl, drop spoonfuls of peanut butter on top of the brownie batter. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the peanut butter into the batter.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  11. Let the brownies cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
