Description
Buffalo Chicken Biscuit Bombs are spicy, cheesy, and easy-to-make bite-sized snacks, perfect for game days or parties. Stuffed with shredded buffalo chicken and cheese, wrapped in biscuit dough, and baked to golden perfection.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch round using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture and a pinch of shredded cheese into the center of each biscuit round.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit dough up and over the filling, pinching to seal and forming a ball.
- Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining biscuits.
- Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with parsley, if using. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
Notes
- You can substitute the cheese with your favorite type, such as Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack for extra spice.
- To save time, use pre-cooked shredded chicken or canned chicken.
- Serve immediately for best texture; reheating may soften the biscuit crust.
