Ingredients
- 1 medium head green cabbage, cut into wedges
- 4 large red potatoes, quartered
- 1 (16 ounce) package smoked sausage, cut into chunks
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place cabbage, potatoes, sausage, and onion into a large pot or Dutch oven.
- Pour in chicken broth and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
