Description

This Caesar Pasta Salad combines the classic flavors of Caesar salad with tender pasta, grilled chicken, and crunchy croutons for a quick and satisfying meal or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and chicken.
  3. Drizzle with Caesar salad dressing and toss to combine evenly.
  4. Top with croutons and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately, or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
