Description
This Caesar Pasta Salad combines the classic flavors of Caesar salad with tender pasta, grilled chicken, and crunchy croutons for a quick and satisfying meal or side dish.
Ingredients
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1 cup croutons
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and chicken.
- Drizzle with Caesar salad dressing and toss to combine evenly.
- Top with croutons and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

- You can use store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.
