Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- Optional: sour cream, salsa, or hot sauce for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef, chopped onion, and bell pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and vegetables are tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Cajun seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet.
- Spoon the meat mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla.
- Top each with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onions.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up burrito-style.
