Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 large red onion, cut into chunks
  • Fresh lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  3. Thread the shrimp, bell peppers, and red onion chunks alternately onto skewers.
