Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 large red onion, cut into chunks
- Fresh lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil and jerk seasoning until evenly coated.
- Thread the shrimp, bell peppers, and red onion chunks alternately onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are opaque and the vegetables are tender.
