Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, turmeric, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
- You can add other spices such as cumin or chili powder for variation.
