Description

These Cauliflower Poppers are a healthy, flavorful snack or side dish made with bite-sized cauliflower florets tossed in a simple blend of spices and roasted until golden and crispy.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, turmeric, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy on the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
  • You can add other spices such as cumin or chili powder for variation.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or as a healthy side dish.
