Ingredients
- 1 cup cereal (fruity pebbles)
- 1¼ cup milk
- 4 oz espresso
- 1 to 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup (or less)
- ice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cereal and milk. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to infuse the flavor.
- Strain the milk through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the cereal.
- Prepare the espresso using your preferred method.
- Fill a glass with ice, then add vanilla syrup, espresso, and the infused milk. Stir well to combine.
- Garnish with additional cereal on top if desired and serve immediately.
