Ingredients
- 1–1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 1 package (32 ounces) frozen French fries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the soups and milk. Add the cooked beef and mix well.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a greased 13×9-inch baking dish.
- Arrange French fries on top.
- Bake, uncovered, for 50-55 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- You can sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking for an extra cheesy finish.
- Serve with ketchup or pickles to enhance the cheeseburger flavor.
