Description
This Cheeseburger French Fry Bake is a fun, family-friendly dinner that combines all the flavors of a cheeseburger with crispy golden fries in a comforting casserole format.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (26 oz) bag frozen French fries
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, pickles, shredded lettuce, chopped onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef. Simmer for a few minutes until well combined and heated through.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- Top with a single layer of frozen French fries.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, or until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and add optional toppings if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
