Description

Cheesy Breads are quick and easy oven-baked bread halves smothered in a rich, cheesy mixture. Perfect as a side dish, appetizer, or snack, this recipe delivers a deliciously gooey and flavorful treat in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 pound) loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, and parsley until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the cut sides of the French bread halves.
  4. Place bread halves on a baking sheet, cheese side up.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use different cheese combinations based on preference.
  • For extra flavor, try adding garlic powder or chopped green onions to the cheese mixture.
  • These are best served immediately after baking.
