Ingredients
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing mix.
- Stir in the cooked chicken.
- Mix the cooked pasta into the chicken mixture, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
