Description

A creamy and cheesy chicken pasta bake made with tender penne, shredded chicken, and a rich ranch-flavored sauce. Perfect for weeknight dinners and comfort food cravings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing mix.
  4. Stir in the cooked chicken.
  5. Mix the cooked pasta into the chicken mixture, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
