Ingredients
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) package chicken flavored dry stuffing mix
- 6 slices processed American cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix condensed cream of chicken soup with milk until smooth. Pour a small amount into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to coat.
- Place each chicken breast half between two pieces of waxed paper and pound to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Place a slice of American cheese on each chicken piece. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of stuffing on top, then roll up and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Arrange the rolled chicken in the prepared baking dish. Pour remaining soup mixture over the top, then sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.

- You can use different cheeses like mozzarella or Swiss for variety.
- Try adding some sautéed mushrooms or spinach inside the roll for added flavor.
