Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 package of soft dinner rolls (or your preferred bun option)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Cut the dinner rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms intact.
- Spoon a generous amount of the chicken and cheese mixture onto the bottom half of each bun.
- Place the tops of the buns back on and brush the melted butter over the tops of the buns.
- Arrange the filled buns in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the buns are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired, and serve hot.
