Description
Delicious grilled corn on the cob coated in a rich garlic butter and topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley for a flavorful summer side dish.
Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Brush each ear of corn with the garlic butter mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the corn from the grill and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra cheesy flavor, sprinkle more Parmesan just before serving.
- You can also bake the corn in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes if a grill isn’t available.
- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor, but garlic powder can be used in a pinch.
