Description

Delicious grilled corn on the cob coated in a rich garlic butter and topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley for a flavorful summer side dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  3. Brush each ear of corn with the garlic butter mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove the corn from the grill and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra cheesy flavor, sprinkle more Parmesan just before serving.
  • You can also bake the corn in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes if a grill isn’t available.
  • Use fresh garlic for the best flavor, but garlic powder can be used in a pinch.
