Description
These Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups are a quick and delicious appetizer or snack, made with crescent roll dough, garlic butter, and plenty of melty cheese. Perfectly golden and packed with flavor, they’re ideal for any gathering or cozy night in.
Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Brush each triangle with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese over each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with remaining garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra cheesy flavor, add more mozzarella or a cheese blend.
- These are best served fresh out of the oven.
- You can use store-bought or homemade crescent dough.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
