Description

These cheesy garlic chicken sliders are a quick, delicious meal perfect for parties or an easy dinner. Loaded with shredded chicken, cheese, and a flavorful garlic butter glaze on Hawaiian rolls.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mayonnaise, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls over the chicken mixture.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
  8. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
