Description
These cheesy garlic chicken sliders are a quick, delicious meal perfect for parties or an easy dinner. Loaded with shredded chicken, cheese, and a flavorful garlic butter glaze on Hawaiian rolls.
Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mayonnaise, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the chicken mixture.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust garlic to taste.
