Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
-
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
-
Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
-
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
-
Stir in garlic powder and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
-
Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the sliced chicken.
-
Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
-
Roll up the tortillas, folding in the edges as you go.
-
Place the wraps on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the wraps are golden and crispy.
-
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
To add veggies, sauté bell peppers, onions, or spinach and add to the wraps.
-
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes or hot sauce to the garlic butter.
- Feel free to swap mozzarella with cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a cheese blend for a different flavor.
