Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 regular size bag of frozen shredded hash browns
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a hot skillet, sauté the sliced smoked sausage, bell peppers, and diced onion until slightly browned and aromatic.
  2. Transfer the sautéed sausage and vegetables to a crockpot.
  3. Add the frozen shredded hash browns, heavy whipping cream, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheese to the crockpot.
  4. Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.
