Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can Rotel (10 oz, diced tomatoes with green chilies)
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the can of Rotel (undrained) to the beef mixture and stir well.
- Add the cubed Velveeta cheese to the skillet and stir until fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Serve hot in tacos, over rice, on nachos, or as desired.
