Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
 - 1 cup water
 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
 - 2 cups spaghetti sauce, divided
 - 1–1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Mix ground beef, stuffing mix, water, Italian seasoning, 1 cup spaghetti sauce, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese just until blended.
 - Shape into 12 meatballs and place in a 13×9-inch baking dish.
 - Top with remaining spaghetti sauce.
 - Bake 30 minutes or until meatballs are done (160°F).
 - Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
 
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for ground beef for a leaner option.
 - Serve over spaghetti or as a meatball sub in hoagie rolls.
