Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce, divided
  • 11/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ground beef, stuffing mix, water, Italian seasoning, 1 cup spaghetti sauce, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese just until blended.
  3. Shape into 12 meatballs and place in a 13×9-inch baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining spaghetti sauce.
  5. Bake 30 minutes or until meatballs are done (160°F).
  6. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
