These Chicken Caesar Salad Cups are a fun and elegant twist on the classic Caesar salad, served in crispy wonton cups and filled with flavorful grilled chicken, fresh romaine, Parmesan cheese, and a creamy Caesar dressing.
Ingredients
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Optional: additional shaved Parmesan for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press wonton wrappers into mini muffin cups to form a cup shape.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix diced chicken with Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Fold in chopped romaine lettuce until well combined.
- Spoon chicken Caesar salad mixture into cooled wonton cups.
- Top with freshly ground black pepper and shaved Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Make wonton cups ahead of time and store in an airtight container.
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep.
- Don’t overfill the cups to keep them from getting soggy.
