Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded green cabbage

- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup roasted cashews
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- For the Dressing:
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, sugar snap peas, and green onions.
