Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 4 (8-inch) whole wheat tortillas

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, feta cheese, roasted red peppers, green onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and parsley. Mix well.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Divide the spinach leaves evenly among the tortillas.
