Description

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pesto (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread pesto evenly over each flatbread.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella, chopped chicken, red onion slices, and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
