Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads or naan
- 1 cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 1/4 cup pesto (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread pesto evenly over each flatbread.
- Top with shredded mozzarella, chopped chicken, red onion slices, and cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
- Slice and serve warm.
