Description

A fun twist on classic chicken pot pie, this version swaps the crust for crispy, golden tater tots! Creamy, comforting, and easy to make, it’s the perfect family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
