Ingredients
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, and seasoned salt until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish or an 8×8-inch pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
- Serve warm with chips, celery, or crackers.
Notes
- You can use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch if you prefer a stronger flavor.
