Description

This Chicken Wing Dip is a creamy, spicy, and cheesy appetizer that captures all the flavors of buffalo wings in a simple, scoopable dip. Perfect for parties, game days, and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, and seasoned salt until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish or an 8×8-inch pan.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
  7. Serve warm with chips, celery, or crackers.
