Ingredients
- 1 lb raw boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and stir until all the pieces are well coated. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Lightly mist a large skillet with cooking spray and bring to medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for about 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for meal prep.
