Description

These Chili Lime Chicken Bites are flavorful, juicy, and perfect for a healthy, high-protein meal or snack. They’re easy to prepare and great for meal prep or as an appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and stir until all the pieces are well coated. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Lightly mist a large skillet with cooking spray and bring to medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for about 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for meal prep.
