Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: chopped cilantro and extra lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the marinade. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
