Description

A thick and refreshing chocolate acai bowl blended with frozen fruit and raw cacao for a rich, antioxidant-packed breakfast or snack. Topped with crunchy granola and cacao nibs for extra texture.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs frozen unsweetened acai
  • 2/3 cups frozen mango
  • 2/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons collagen (or vegan protein powder, optional)
  • Grain-free granola, for topping
  • Cacao nibs, for topping

Instructions

  1. Add the water to a blender first, followed by the frozen mango, frozen strawberries, frozen acai packs, raw cacao powder, and collagen or vegan protein powder if using.
  2. Blend on high until thick and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  3. Divide the mixture into two bowls or cups.
  4. Top with grain-free granola, cacao nibs, and any additional toppings you like. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a small splash of water or plant-based milk.
  • For a vegan option, use a plant-based protein powder instead of collagen.
  • Frozen blueberries or cherries can be substituted for strawberries.
  • Best served immediately while thick and cold.
