Ingredients
- 2 packs frozen unsweetened acai
- 2/3 cup frozen mango
- 2/3 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons collagen (or vegan protein powder, optional)
- Grain-free granola
- Cacao nibs
Instructions
- Add water to a blender first, followed by frozen mango, strawberries, acai, cacao powder, and collagen.
- Blend on high until smooth and thick.
- Pour into cups or bowls.
- Top with grain-free granola, cacao nibs, and any additional toppings as desired.
Notes
- Use vegan protein powder instead of collagen to make this fully plant-based.
- Add a splash more water if blending is difficult, but keep it minimal for a thick texture.
- Best enjoyed immediately before it melts.
