Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until light and creamy.
- Gently stir in the cherry pie filling.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of mini chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the chocolate pie crust.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.
- Before serving, top with additional Cool Whip, remaining chocolate chips, and maraschino cherries if desired.
