Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: additional strawberries, chocolate chips, nut butter, or shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a jar or airtight container, combine the oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add the maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
