Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Quaker® Old Fashioned Oats or Instant Oats
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine oats, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
