Description

Chocolate Orange Cheesecake is a rich, creamy dessert combining luscious dark chocolate with bright, fresh orange zest and juice on a buttery graham cracker crust. This no-bake cheesecake is silky smooth and perfect for chocolate and citrus lovers looking for an elegant, refreshing treat.


Ingredients

  • 24 oz full-fat cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate (60–70% cocoa), melted and cooled
  • Zest and juice of 2 large fresh oranges
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom and 1 inch up sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Bake crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and cool completely.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Gradually add sugar, mixing until combined.
  4. Stir in orange zest and juice.
  5. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks. Gently fold whipped cream and melted cooled chocolate into cream cheese mixture until fluffy and smooth.
  6. Pour filling over cooled crust, smooth the top. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with melted chocolate drizzle and fresh orange slices.
