Ingredients
- 24 oz full-fat cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz dark chocolate (60–70% cocoa), melted and cooled
- Zest and juice of 2 large fresh oranges
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom and 1 inch up sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Gradually add sugar, mixing until combined.
- Stir in orange zest and juice.
- Whip heavy cream to soft peaks. Gently fold whipped cream and melted cooled chocolate into cream cheese mixture until fluffy and smooth.
- Pour filling over cooled crust, smooth the top. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, garnish with melted chocolate drizzle and fresh orange slices.
