Description
A creamy and elegant chocolate raspberry mocktail that blends rich chocolate with bright raspberry flavor in a silky, chilled glass. Perfect for celebrations or as a sophisticated dessert-style drink.
Ingredients
- Chocolate sauce, for rimming the glass
- 1/2 cup raspberry syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup half and half
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice
- Fresh raspberries, for garnish
Instructions
- Pour a small amount of chocolate sauce onto a shallow plate. Dip the rim of each martini glass into the sauce, twisting gently to coat. Drizzle chocolate sauce inside the glass if desired.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add raspberry syrup, chocolate syrup, half and half, and vanilla extract to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.
- Strain into the prepared martini glasses.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a richer drink, substitute heavy cream for half and half.
- Add 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for a deeper chocolate flavor.
- Blend with crushed ice for a frozen version.
- Use raspberry puree instead of syrup for a fresher fruit taste.
- Substitute coconut milk, oat milk, or almond milk for a dairy-free option.
- Chill the glasses in the freezer for 10–15 minutes before serving to keep the drink colder longer.
