Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (if using fresh strawberries)
Instructions
- Add strawberries, cocoa powder, protein powder, almond milk, and banana to a high-speed blender.
- Add peanut butter and sweetener if using.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if needed and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
