Description

Ingredients

  • 24 small mozzarella balls
  • 24 grape tomatoes
  • 24 pieces of salami, folded
  • 24 green olives
  • 24 black olives
  • 24 small basil leaves
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
  • 24 small skewers or toothpicks

Instructions

  1. On each skewer, thread one mozzarella ball, one grape tomato, a folded piece of salami, one green olive, one black olive, and a basil leaf.
  2. Repeat the process until all skewers are assembled.
  3. Arrange the skewers in a circular wreath shape on a large serving platter or board.
  4. Tuck rosemary sprigs around and between the skewers to resemble greenery and add a festive touch.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
