Description

This Christmas Gumdrop Nougat Candy is a festive, chewy treat made with white chocolate, mini marshmallows, and colorful gumdrops—perfect for holiday gifting or parties.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 packages (11 oz each) white chocolate chips
  • 1 package (16 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups red and green gumdrops (cut in half if large)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter and white chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in mini marshmallows until fully coated and slightly melted but still holding their shape.
  4. Allow mixture to cool slightly (about 5–10 minutes), then gently fold in gumdrops.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
