Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 packages (11 oz each) white chocolate chips
- 1 package (16 oz) mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups red and green gumdrops (cut in half if large)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with non-stick spray.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter and white chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in mini marshmallows until fully coated and slightly melted but still holding their shape.
- Allow mixture to cool slightly (about 5–10 minutes), then gently fold in gumdrops.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into small squares and serve or store in an airtight container.
