Ingredients
- 1 can (8 count) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (as needed for glaze consistency)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and place them in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour melted butter over the biscuit pieces and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the biscuits and toss until evenly coated.
- Transfer the coated biscuit pieces to the prepared baking dish in an even layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, make the glaze by beating together cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk as needed to reach desired consistency; beat until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over warm cinnamon roll bites and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use homemade biscuit dough instead of refrigerated if desired.
- Adjust the amount of cinnamon and sugar to taste.
- Best served warm but can be reheated in the microwave.
