Description

These easy Cinnamon Roll Bites are soft, fluffy, and packed with cinnamon sugar flavor, topped with a delicious cream cheese glaze. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet snack, they come together quickly with refrigerated biscuit dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 count) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons milk (as needed for glaze consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Pour melted butter over the biscuit pieces and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the biscuits and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Transfer the coated biscuit pieces to the prepared baking dish in an even layer.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Meanwhile, make the glaze by beating together cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  9. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk as needed to reach desired consistency; beat until smooth.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over warm cinnamon roll bites and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use homemade biscuit dough instead of refrigerated if desired.
