Description
A creamy and tangy classic bologna salad made with finely diced bologna, mayonnaise, relish, mustard, and fresh vegetables. Perfect as a sandwich spread, dip, or side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 pound bologna, finely diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 1/4 cup finely diced celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: hard-boiled eggs, sliced, for garnish
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Finely dice the bologna into small pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, diced onion, and diced celery. Mix well.
- Add the diced bologna to the dressing mixture.
- Gently toss the bologna with the dressing until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, garnish with sliced hard-boiled eggs and chopped parsley, if desired.

- This salad can be used as a sandwich filling or served with crackers.
