Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/3 pound turkey slices
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/3 pound large deli pepperoni slices
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 1/3 pound large deli salami slices
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 egg white, beaten
- Marinara or pizza sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 18×12 inches.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese.
- Layer turkey slices evenly, followed by mozzarella, pepperoni, provolone, and salami. Sprinkle dried oregano on top.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long edge to form a log and pinch the seams and ends to seal.
- Place the stromboli seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
- Score the top with 3-4 slits to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
