Description

This no-bake chocolate fudge is smooth, indulgent, and naturally sweetened, perfect for a quick and healthy treat. It’s versatile, allowing add-ins like nuts or seeds for extra texture and flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter or cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey or natural syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup macadamia nuts or any chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Line a small container or tray with parchment paper or plastic wrap.
  2. In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine almond butter, cacao powder, and melted coconut oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add honey and stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the chopped nuts.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared container and spread evenly.
  7. Place in the freezer for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  8. Remove from the container, cut into small squares, and serve.

Notes

  • You can swap almond butter with peanut butter for a stronger flavor.
  • Add shredded coconut or dark chocolate chips for extra texture and taste.
  • For a vegan version, replace honey with maple syrup or agave.
  • Sprinkle sea salt on top for a sweet and salty twist.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or in the freezer for up to one month.
