Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter or cashew butter
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey or natural syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup macadamia nuts or any chopped nuts
Instructions
- Line a small container or tray with parchment paper or plastic wrap.
- In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine almond butter, cacao powder, and melted coconut oil. Mix until smooth.
- Add honey and stir until fully incorporated.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Fold in the chopped nuts.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared container and spread evenly.
- Place in the freezer for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Remove from the container, cut into small squares, and serve.
