Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, stir the mini chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of flour. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the dry flour mixture using a wooden spoon, mixing just until combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate small mixing bowl, stir together coconut flakes, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt until combined.
- Spread the coconut mixture evenly over the brownie batter in the dish.
- Spread the remaining brownie batter over the coconut layer.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is set.
- Let the brownies cool completely before slicing them into 2-inch squares.
