Description

This Coconut Cloud Smoothie is creamy, tropical, and naturally vibrant with banana, pineapple, avocado, and blue spirulina. It’s a refreshing vegan smoothie perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup sliced pineapple, frozen
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Handful of ice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon blue spirulina powder

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen banana, frozen pineapple, avocado, almond butter, blue spirulina, vanilla extract, almond milk, and ice to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. For decoration, spoon the coconut cream into the bottom of a tall glass and sprinkle in the blue spirulina powder.
  4. Pour the smoothie into the glass and gently swirl with a straw for a cloud-like effect.
  5. Serve immediately.
